Excellent value. The cost of a family membership with daycare is a lot less expensive than Fargo. The cardio equipment is world class with television and internet functions. The weights are nothing fancy and there is often a lack of plates, though it is rarely busy.
Friendly and well kept. Weight room is old school, with all the standard equipment and plenty of space. Sauna in the locker room. My two visits have been early on weekdays, and there seems to be a group of regulars who hang around for a parting cup of coffee in the lobby and may even offer a stranger a slice of coffee…
The employees are always happy and very helpful, the equipments are modern and easy to use, the place is kept very clean, the locker rooms smell great and the people that frequent the Y are very friendly. Overall: best gym I've ever been to. Recommend 11/10.
I love the atmosphere and staff at this ymca. I have been to others in Minnesota and this one is exceedingly friendly and just a great place to spend time. Awesome kid stuff, too!
