Came for the troll & fell in love with the views! The views from the lodge are gorgeous! The lodge staff is friendly, helpful, and super kind. The lodge is very clean and well taken care of.
We went to Detroit Mountain for snow tubing and had amazing time! Absolutely BEST people work there! So nice and kind! The lady working on top of magic carpet between 4 and 6 pm on 12/29 was so great with kids! She is absolutely amazing! She added fun experience for our entire family!
Home to the Thomas Dambo troll Long Leif and the elusive Golden Rabbit. Both are on separate trails, they are a little long, some hills, uneven soil... but all ages making it, strollers seemed like a stretch for these trails though.
Really cool place. Wooden sculptures, a natural play park, great chalet, cross country MTB trails, and some trails available via chair lift during limited hours on weekends. Signage of trails could be better.
