I took a chance to book my son's 4th birthday here without ever visiting prior. I trusted reviews alone (I know) and hoped for the best. Communication prior to the party was a little spotty and required a few follow ups, but other than that, the party was a great success.
I hosted my son's 4th birthday here last weekend and everyone had a great time! I'd highly recommend this venue for a little kid's birthday. First, it's so convenient for them to provide the decorations, food, set up, and clean up. I basically didn't have to do all that much other than make decisions on what to order.
Love this place! They clearly put a lot of thought and effort into considering children of all ages. My 2 year old was completely entertained for 2+ hours. That's not an easy task, as he gets bored quickly. The other kids were having a field day in the back room with the sand pit.
