I originally wrote a sarcastic review because of an unfortunate miscommunication. But this is a small business. It would be unreasonable to assume that small hiccups will never happen along the way. It did, the owner dealt with it, and everyone is happy. But for real, this place is honestly the best.
We just had our little kids party this weekend. We had the whole place to ourselves and the kids ages ranged from 3-8yrs old. Everyone had a lot of fun! The staff and people are amazing. We had 34people (19 adults and 15 kids). I planned for 3 tables for eating and 2 tables for food/dessert/drinks.
I’m sooooo late writing this review but I absolutely had to I had both of my children birthday party here together in October 2023 and it was perfect 10/10 Taylor and the other lady (I forgot her name) did not let me lift a finger. They got the decorations out of the car set it up and the food and also served!
I booked a birthday party for my 4 year old and everything about the experience was above what I expected. From the staff available to help with set up, tear down and help the kids with the zip line, to the facility itself, I was amazed.
