We went there for the toddler play time from 10:20-11:30am and that was a lot of fun. There wasn’t anyone else there that morning so my daughter and I got to enjoy the whole place to ourselves. I forgot the lady that was running the place name but she was very kind and just so sweet overall. We had a blast.
We had my son's birthday party at Pump It Up earlier this month. It was easy to book our date and schedule the party online. We received follow-up emails and a pre-party phone call to make sure our questions were answered. The kids had a blast in the different bounce houses and on the slides!
Good place for kids birthday parties that is both indoors (out of the weather) and still something they can do that will use lots and lots of energy. Sometimes the (admittedly mostly teenage) staff are a little underwhelming in their customer service skills.
We came here for open play. My daughter had a great time and wanted to come back before we had even left. They had 2 separate sides with bounce houses in them. Each had a section for littler kids. My daughter liked the black light room the most. Lolita was so nice, and I enjoyed chatting with her for a bit.
