I visited Launch in Novi, twice before the grand opening on February 26, 2022. Both experiences were great. Clean environment, helpful and friendly staff, and the pizza - delicious!
The XP experience made my kids so happy! 😁 not only they jumped up and down on every single trampoline, but the obstacle course was so fun! The gentleman at the front desk (seemed to be the owner or manager) was extremely helpful and kind.
Great for kids! First off, I’d like to say that my son is having a ball! He is old enough to go off my himself to play and doesn’t need to be watched. With that being said, if you are a parent/caregiver of a child who can manage by themselves—please bring something to do!!
This was our first time here. We booked a party for our daughter's birthday. Derek went above and beyond.
