I’ve had a bunch of birthday parties here for my kids. Usually everything goes smoothly. The staff assigns someone to you to help out and keep things on track. Staff has been great. Laser tag has gone down hill in the past two years-more and more of the vests are out of service.
Had an absolute blast here with our 4 and 2 year old. Definitely recommend toddler session Sunday morning from 9am-11am. Trampolines, foam pits, adventure jungle gyms, obstacle courses, arcade, and food. What more could kids, and definitely parents, want!
Edit 03/05/2024: I came here again on a day off. After talking to Alexa G the director of engagement, it's all good. Really appreciate the communication and working to fix the video game issues. Don't usually see immediate customer service like we received from Alexa. Very impressed.
Me and my kids had an amazing time at the trampoline park. The park was very clean, and filled with a variety of fun activities for all ages. The staff they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Especially the manager Gianna, she was a very sweet woman and accommodated us so well.
