We recently celebrated our child’s birthday at Jam Time , and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Maddie and the rest of the staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The play areas were clean, safe, and so much fun — the kids never stopped smiling!
Jam Time Natick was the perfect space for our celebration. The facility is beautifully remodeled, a great size, with fantastic toys and play areas. It strikes the perfect balance of being fun for kids without feeling overstimulating, which made it just as comfortable for the adults as it was exciting for the children.
Such an amazing experience! They didnt let us lift a finger - all decorating, set up and cleaning was done by staff. Celebrated my daughter's first birthday this weekend and planning was effortless. The gym was extremely clean and workers stayed on top of everyone being sanitized throughout the party.
