The new owners are great! They are really in the business to the help the community. The changes they are making were very much needed. The prices are very reasonable and and it’s nice to go to place where you get to know the owners. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new gym!

Wonderful gym with friendly staff! It is a family locally owned gym and everyone I've met has been very friendly. They have a lot of GREAT back equipment (Nautilus plate loaded lat pull-down & nautilus plate loaded row!!). They have multiple rooms and the space is very big!

Pretty much any machine you're looking for you'll find. The freeweights/crossfit area is an awesome addition to everything else. Always had good interactions with trainers and staff.
