What parents say
I took my kids to Splash Lagoon, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a fun-filled day.
We had a great experience. A few things to keep in mind when visiting, take your own towels. It is a Cashless resort as well. Not a ton to do for your older kids/adults to do but still able to have some fun.
We went with our 2 year old toddler and spent 4-4.5 hours at the park. We didn't go in expecting that we could (more importantly our toddler could) stay that long but time flew by. The staff is courteous, slides are great for an indoor park, temperature of the water is perfect.
We purchased a day pass as part of a hotel deal package, which was reasonably priced. It was a pleasant experience for a one-day trip. The kids' area is divided into sections based on age, and adults can also have a great time with their kids.
Bringing a toddler?
Reviews and the venue's own info mention a dedicated toddler area or toddler times at Splash Lagoon — a separate space where little ones can play without dodging big kids.
