My son had his birthday here yesterday, and we had a great experience. The facilities were clean, and there were plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. We had an excellent host named Zy, who truly deserves to be Employee of the Week.
Bought my babies to here for a new experience. I was greeted by great energy and amazing customer service (Torri & Lamar) with a great attitude. I explained to them that I was worried about my girls as they are autistic and I was not sure how they were gonna do with this new experience.
Overall Experience: 6/5 Price: 5/5 Attractions: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Employee Attitudes: 6/5 I took my kids to Big Air yesterday, taking full advantage of the Tuesday $10 hr special and man we had a blast. We got there right at 3pm and pretty much had the entire place there to ourself for a bit.
My son had a party there today and Im glad he did. I have anxiety so bad when it comes to parties and wanted everything to be perfect with family and friends coming from out of town.
