Our kiddos had a great time! We got the Premium passes so they got to do everything... But no one really paid attention to the arm bans. I didn't see an Employee above the legal drinking age which was concerning considering all the small children. They were, for the most part, very nice & helpful.
Used to be loud and disorganized and we stopped bring our child that was 2 years ago. Returned this year to give it another try and it has been a 180 change. There is a security agent present and the staff are attentive. They need to fix the entry gate but it is clean and better managed.
Urban Air is hands-down one of the most fun and exciting places to visit! From the moment you step inside, you can feel the energy — it’s clean, well-organized, and perfect for all ages.
Took a group of 15 on the platinum package for my daughter's birthday. They had a BLAST just be watchful of the smaller kids though... the attendant we got was EXCELLENT she even gave us a few extra tickets for our next visit im so happy I came, will definitely be going back to the Augusta location
