We have been coming here for birthdays for quite a few years with our sons. We used to go to the old location also. We do like the new location, is considerably more square footage than the previous location. This place typically seems clean and the kids always have fun.
We were at Zap Zone on Saturday for a friend's daughters birthday party. this was the 3rd time we had been to ZZ to enjoy the entertainment. it was a busy afternoon of course with school almost over for the year and a nice day outside. the Room Attendant, Idalia, was very helpful, friendly and informative.
I don’t even know how to explain this place properly—5 stars isn’t enough. I walked in expecting a normal experience and somehow left feeling like I just unlocked a side quest reward in real life. The staff? Absolute legends.
Justin, Jason and Ella are great! Especially Ella 😉😂 You could tell they took their job seriously but were still willing to take time to explain the ‘rules of the road’ to other, less experienced drivers.
