Various entertainment is available for your family. The trampoline is on the upper floor and arcades are on the bottom floor. The trampoline area is wide but I think it lacks some diversity compare to other parks. The staff at the entrance was not eager to work and received an impression that we weren’t welcomed.
On 04/26/2025, we gave my grandson a birthday party. We used the venue before and was very satisfied with EVERYTHING. However, this time the staff at the entrance did not great us. When I asked for assistance, I did not feel welcomed.
Definitely go online and reserve your time. Doing in store is a bit tedious. It's done on their computers and asks to save your information. Quite surprising to see how many people saved their info on a public computer. The attractions are reasonably priced. Be aware that time slips by reasonably fast. Have fun!
Staff was kind of hit or miss. The trampolines were nice and my kids had fun. Their prices aren't bad but would like them to be a little cheaper for the 2 hour time frame. The staff did respond quick to kids that were misbehaving. Food was a joke so eat after.
