This was a great water park here are the details: TIPS: -bring sandals you can put on and off really easily, most rides have show cubbies, to store your shoes before you get on the ride.
This is one of my absolute favorite places in the Denver area! The rides are fun, the staff is friendly while still keeping us safe, it has such a good local feel since it's run by the city and not like a Six Flags, and it's overall just a magical place. They have lovely gardens and plenty of restrooms.
Water World is actually the best water park. They got almost all the fun rides, (construction was going on for summer 2026, and RIP hot tub) friendly staff, like the most chill staff ever, and absolute fun.
Travel channel rates Waterworld as one of the top 10 water parks in the US... and I can definitely see why. The slides are first rate, and the Dinosaur and Egyptian rides with animatronics are absolutely fantastic. Lines can be pretty brutal, so the skip the line pass is well worth the extra money.
