A great enviornment to work out. All equipments are of quality and provides many variety of group fitness and sports. There are 3 basketball courts, 2 racquet ball courts, a jog/walk track and many more! The staff are friendly and are wiling to help anytime.
As a student of USD, the wellness center provides an array of equipment and workout locations. Workout gears are clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to workout and have fun, especially if you are a student.
USD Wellness Center provides professional and friendly care in a clean, welcoming environment. Staff are knowledgeable and attentive, making appointments smooth and effective.
Walked in here like four years ago a fat nerd, walked out this afternoon just a nerd. The USD Wellness Center is a great gym with an indoor track, basketball/volleyball/soccer courts, and a wide selection of machines and weights. They offer many classes and events members can join and partake in.
