Had a great time today with my boys. The price is right and they really enjoyed the trampolines and the other things they could do. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Although our fist experience here was below par, this time around was an absolute success. We will be back in the near future.
So we were first timers and we will definitely be going again we had our sons birthday party there and the kids enjoyed every minute of us. The host was excellent and attentive she was great.
We held my son’s third birthday party there early in the morning from 10-12 and it was amazing! Zakyia was our party host and she went over and beyond our expectations! She was so attentive and made sure everyone was well taken care of.
We had my son’s 8th birthday at Urban Air in Tyler today. We rented a private room and it was perfect! Everything was flawless, and Morgan did an amazing job helping us with our party. She was so good with the kids and even the adults! I could not recommend her more!
