My son’s 7th birthday party here, and Kaia, Jordan and Nick were just amazing in helping facilitate the process of herding wild children to and from. They helped me so much with setup, party flow and cleanup. I’m so grateful and will recommend this experience to anyone needing a child’s birthday party.
My experience was very enjoyable thanks to the friendly staff, specifically Zanecia. We ordered tickets in advance and they kindly told us what they included because online, the descriptions weren't quite up to date. They also let us know we the exact prices of the socks .
My kids are 6 and 8 and they love this place!!!! Everyone that works here is so nice and so good to the kids. The AGM Jeanette came up and talked to me and told me about a Membership package and it is worth the price. If you want your kids to stay active and burn energy then this is the place to go!!!
We had a great time at Urban Air! It was my first time taking my nieces. There were a lot of different things that they were able to do, but the ball pit and the trampolines were their favorite! The staff was very nice, especially Kymari! He was very helpful when my nieces wanted drinks!
