We had an amazing time at Urban Air! This facility is deceptively large—they've packed so many activities into the establishment, yet the layout feels small enough that our kids could run all over the place and still be easily located.
Kids love this place. The only thing I was concerned about was all the kids working there. Some of them were great, others were a bit young,as they had trouble problem solving and decerning things. Overall, it is a great place for children to burn energy.
The whole family & I had an absolute blast at Urban Air in Sunset Hills. It was our first time going & threw a birthday party. All the staff were professional, respectful & fast when it came to us needing anything. The facility is kept extra clean and the food was phenomenal.
Brought my family for a day of fun and we LOVED it!! We were checked in by a friendly named Dan and he was the man! Witnessed some kids playing too aggressively in the ball pit and the manager Michael brought them all back to playing in perfect harmony.
