Urban Air Trampoline Park A Mixed Bag of Fun, Frustration, and Forgettable Food Urban Air Trampoline Park is definitely a blast for kids ranging from toddlers to early teens (I'd say ages 2 to 16 really hit the sweet spot!).
We have been multiple places and will keep coming back. The employees are always nice, compared to other trampoline parks. I recommend doing the waiver ahead of time, but it doesn’t take long if you do it there.
Had a great time here with the family on the Monday before Christmas. Plenty of friendly staff around, and my kids (4 and 1.5) were smiling the entire time. As a mom, I loved seeing both of them accomplish new physical skills. The other kids were very respectful of my toddler, giving her space to play.
We had a birthday party here today. Our host Bentley gave us the best customer service experience we have had in a very long time! This 20 year old young man that has worked for this establishment since he was 14 , was nothing short of excellence.
