We celebrated our 7-year-old granddaughter’s birthday at Urban Air and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The staff was incredibly organized and helpful, making the entire process stress-free for the adults and full of fun for the kids.
The park is great! My kids love it 😊 It is very busy on the weekends, but so far we haven't run into any issues. The food at the cafe is good, and the service was excellent! The cashier, who I learned is named Alex, was very kind and answered all of my questions with patience.
This is a great place for special needs individuals. I got my son the membership and it’s very worth it. The staff is great especially the zip line and ropes course employees. One even walked my son through the ropes course the first time so he would understand how to do it from then on. We’ll keep coming back.
We took a trip with some of my daughters friends for her birthday! We did not book a party since there was a last minute change in plans… Anna the GM was able to help us get everything sorted out and running smoothly for all 12 kiddos! I highly recommend this location, it has never failed us!!!
