Definitely did Not disappoint! This place is awesome! My kiddos had a blast and I enjoyed the massage chairs for the adults! So glad to have this place in Odessa. All the staff was so patient and helpful.
2 hrs prior to going I purchased tickets online and filled out the waiver like most people did so there was no line, no wait. Socks are $3/pair and you are allowed to wear them next time to avoid that extra cost. Unlike their competitor down the street, only a small portion of the park is trampoline.
I had such a great experience at Urban Air! Not only is the place fun, clean, and well put together, but meeting the owner truly made the visit even better. She was so kind, welcoming, and down to earth. You can tell she genuinely cares about the business and about people having a good experience there.
Overall we had a really amazing experience! We opted for the party package, and it was all inclusive, so it genuinely eliminated the headache of planning and details. Priscilla was great to work with and accommodated all of our asks.
