I have taken my family to Urban Air before but this was our first time visiting this location. We all had a lot of fun during the visit. We were able to go during a teacher work day and they opened earlier that day because of it. It was busy but I wouldn't say overly crowded.

We had an Amazing experience for our son’s birthday party. They are organized and on schedule. Alexis our party host was amazing and easy to work with I highly recommend her to help you with your party. Thank you for making my son’s party amazing.
Lots to do at this location. I took a 4-year-old and a 14-year-old and we stayed about an hour and a half. There was tons of party rooms, and activities for all ages. I also appreciated the staff walking around and ensuring safety. The waivers at the front were frustration free upon arrival, which is a bonus.
