Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

4-stars, overall the experience is great. The setback is due to a couple reasons that I will get to later in this review. First, the facility is definitely kept clean, and is well staffed. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. From entry to exit the staff are attentive.

I recently purchased the monthly membership for my 3 kiddos. My kiddos absolutely love this place. There is a lot to do and even after many repeated visits, my kids still wanna come here. The entire establishment is very clean. All the attractions are clean and they work!

I can honestly say that we are back to 5 stars and I wish I could give more on behalf of THIS location. I had dealt with a very unprofessional individual from their corporate office, called up to the location and expressed my concerns. Come to find out, it wasn’t the Murfreesboro location that was at fault.

Staff was awesome! So helpful and sweet. My 3 year old and I wanted to get out of the house Wednesday evening and this was the perfect place to go! We had so much fun,prices were affordable, food was good, we got loaded waffle fries(soo good!!
