My grandchildren had a wonderful time at Urban Air. I wanted to do something different while I had my grandchildren. I already took them to Dave and Busters so I wanted to do something different with them. First off we went on a Saturday and around 1. It was quite busy as you can imagine.
This place was so much fun for me and my nephew. Not only is it a great place for kids to burn off energy but you'll be surprised this is a full workout for adults as well lol He loves the zipline which was our favorite and the wall climbing. The staff is mostly teenagers but they seemed overworked maybe short staff?
Other than the pain in the butt check-in and payment procedure you're forced to do yourself while the workers are there to handout the socks(3$)🙄... it's a fun place to take your kids. I'm all for any activity that isn't them staring at a black mirror. It's ridiculous that they now charge you for the socks every time.
We went here for my grandsons birthday and All i have to say is These kids, Workers need a Raise and I Applaud 👏🏽 them for the work they do. One kid was left behind the concession stand to handle orders coming in and food going out.
