Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I have taken my son and friends multiple times and everytime they had so much fun, so much that my son asked me to celebrate his latest his b'day there. Making the reservation was very simple although I had an issue online and had to make the reservation by phone.

We were at Urban Air on a rainy day. It was packed. Most staff weren’t paying much attention to any kids cutting lines or walloping other kids in the face with dodge balls - it was chaos. But Mackenzie, everywhere we went she was so attentive and amazing with all the kids! So kind and helpful.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. the enjoyment and physical activities for my kids. We are members for over a year now and it’s been amazing to keep my kids entertained, sweating and socializing all year around. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here and again a great experience.

Natalie T, was so great at assisting me and my husband from signing up for the tickets ,helping us with the urban Cafe, thank you so much for having such a great park lead ,she did a beautiful job, was very engaging with us and made it us feel very much welcomed . Definitely will be coming back to urban Air again ☺️
