Our trip to Urban Air Meridian was genuinely impressive from start to finish. The whole place had an energetic, inviting atmosphere, and everything—from the attractions to the customer service—felt thoughtfully managed. What really set this visit apart, though, was the staff.
My husband and I take our four Grandkids out every Tuesday and Urban Air truly one of the best and most fun places to take them. What I really wanted to share was my thoughts about the staff. These young people are truly great!!!!
Lauren was awesome!! She was so helpful and checking in on us every half hour or so. And so kind to the kiddos. Management has improved this establishment, with the staff they have. They were all so friendly and willing to show the kids a good time. As well as keeping the facility clean!
This was our fist time at urban air. We had so much fun! Its very spacious and there are so many things to do. Our favorite was the laser tag and the ball pit and the flash pad. Great for all ages. Definitely going to book a birthday party here next year!
