We booked a room for my daughters birthday party here on a Saturday. Everything was great. The kids and parents loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was just right. The only hiccup keeping my review from a five star is with the setup of the party room.
This place by far exceeded my expectations for my first time coming; the manager at this location went above and beyond to assure my family, and my niece had the best 10th birthday ever.
The owner/manager was very nice. He interacted with me and also made sure he ask how my day was. I appreciated it especially since it’s been a heck of week. Staff was good from food area to cleaning staff. Only reason I took back a star some of the people didn’t clean up their mess after finish eating.
We had a great experience at Urban Air Manchester. Easy to buy tickets upon arrival. Staff were friendly. Ritchy was especially friendly and helpful with both of my kids on multiple attractions. Jordan was great at the rock climbing station. This is our favorite Urban Air in CT. The zip line is the best we have seen.
