My daughter had her party here and she likes to come for free play time. They have a ball put, trampolines, go karts( extra fee) climb area up to the ceiling and a zip line that goes around the ceiling, kids love that it's a thrill. Food is good. Great customer service.
We love the Laurel, Maryland Urban Air location. We've had a membership for the winter months, and the kids never get tired of coming here. It is clean even during the most hectic hours, and the manager Mr. Augustus is super nice and provides excellent customer service.
Aiman is a GREAT asset to Urban Air. Even though we werent able to book my daughter's party online, he accommodated us(last minute), and made sure her and her friends were comfortable, fed, and were able to enjoy their play time PLUS her birthday cake without hassle.
Had my son's birthday here was way more amazing than we had expected. Our room attendant stayed with our room the whole time and really took it to the next level with handling our birthday guest needs! We will definitely be back!! Thank you to the whole laurel location staff.
