Abby was our party host, and from the very start, she told me, “My job is to take care of everything so you can enjoy the party.
Staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful which made the check in process a breeze. No kid wants to stand there waiting long so was very thankful for this. Wish the staff at certain stations were more involved and hyped the kids up more if they were doing great at an activity.
We celebrated our son’s 5th birthday at UA. We had 12 kids, and a 2 hour party. Our birthday attendant, David was very kind and patient. He was informative and easy to work with! The kids had a very good time and a good experience.
