So my nephew had a birthday party at Urban Air and I took my kids. I want to review this place based on the experience of my kids, with that I’ll give them a 4/5 stars, which in my opinion is very good.
Really great place for the kids! I spent 60+ dollars for my kids to play for one day ( a couple of hours) ouch! Kind of expensive if you’re going just for one day if your kid wants to do all of the attractions ( it’s about 30 bucks plus socks for each kid).
The manager Josh is amazing. This guy is all over doing everything and helping his staff. A little girl got hurt and he got her ice. This place is so awesome! Super clean! The staff is fantastic. So many things to do for kids.
We went for a kids birthday event, the place was crowded yet organized. They have a lot of party rooms, VIP rooms also available. Food was good, they organized the party well. Could have been better in telling us the playing spot since most of it was occupied by other party people..
