Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We had our daughter’s birthday at urban air today. Cameron helped me through the planning and let me take a tour so I could get a feel for decorating for the party. She was so patient with me and very knowledgeable.

We had an amazing family day at Urban Air Adventure Park in South Jacksonville, and a huge part of what made it so enjoyable was the fantastic service at the Urban Café! Annaya and Yusuf were absolutely outstanding they handled everything with such professionalism, speed, and genuine friendliness.

We had an amazing time! Our host Brie was amazing, she kept up with our needs and was wonderful. I also want to say that the manager Kyla was absolutely amazing she took care of us anytime we had questions or in need some additional help she was very kind and on top of her game she was impressive to watch her manage…

We celebrated my daughter's 9th Birthday and she had an absolute blast. She was able to all of her wristband events in a comfortable wait time without being antsy. I would recommend going later in the evening to avoid larger crowds from birthday parties.
