Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

A very nice place for kids to spend a few hrs. They've a lot of trampolines, wall climbing, play areas, elevated obstacle course and even a 'zip line'. Slightly on the higher side in price. The cafeteria can use some more options for parents, and the seating needs big improvement.

My granddaughters 3 yr old Party 🥳 was at Urban Air 290 and Hempstead Aug 17th. Urban Air has something for all ages she had some much fun all my grand kids have memberships they pay for themselves. James the manager is always so kind. The staff is awesome from the front door to the private rooms.

Cool place and my child had fun, but sanitation appeared to be a low priority. It felt overwhelming with the number of customers playing and the lack of stricter hygiene practices. I would have liked to see the following improvements: 1. A clear policy about not wearing the provided socks in the restroom.

We had a great experience at Urban Air! The park was clean, fun, and very well organized for families and kids. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the kids had an amazing time enjoying all the attractions. It’s a perfect place for birthdays or a fun family day out. We will definitely be coming back.
