I have been to several trampoline kids "friendly" establishments, BUT UrbanAir in Hazlet is by far and Hands Down the best I've visited in past 7 years! You see i am a father of a 7 yr child and am always looking for a place where he can have fun and know that he is safe. THIS PLACE IS IT!
My goodness this urban air is top notch compared to others in NJ. It is very clean and all the equipment works. The staff is helpful at all times. It was dead there today and the staff made sure to keep everything open for the kids to use. The manager was excellent.
My daughter and friends had a blast here on Presidents’ Day. There are many activities to enjoy including various rock climbing,bouncing on trampolines , and laser tag which adults can also enjoy. Parent Pass is 50% off and there is an activity for kids of all ages!
I hosted a party this weekend at Urban Air, and I cannot express how impressed I was with the level of service we received. As someone who usually stresses over every detail, I was truly able to relax for once. Fae, the manager and our party coordinator, went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless.
