This place was a laugh riot. My 10yo and I really enjoyed it. We came around 1230 on the Friday after Christmas and had a steady stream of fun. Lines varied in terms of speed. Staff was friendly. Overwhelmed at times. But really made it fun for the kids.
We had a great experience! We celebrated our kids' birthdays there, and the service was incredible, and the food was good too! We would definitely be coming back another time.
This park has truly been a home away from home for me and my kiddo. There is so much for the kids to do and ample seating for parents to hang out, enjoy the massage chairs, do a little work or dine at their tasty cafe!
I bring my 2 children( 7-girl, 6-boy) here weekly… every staff we came across are soo friendly and pleasant! The manager/supervisor greets my family every time like we’re apart of the Urban Air family! You must have patience waiting in the cafe’ line but the food is worth the wait! The pizza is Amazing!
