We recently visited Urban Air and had a bit of a mixed experience. Could easily be 5 stars with a few tweaks. However, they also have only been open 3 weeks so there is time. Cons: The biggest issue was staffing. The facility felt very understaffed, which led to long wait times throughout the park.
Had my mildly Autistic son's birthday party here in early December. Facility was clean, and while it is noisy, it is not unmanageable. We rented a party room, and it was remarkably well-soundproofed. The rides and attractions were well managed, clean and safe.
I honestly enjoy coming here often. Ive been coming here since they have opened, and I can gracefully say I see the improvement. It's been a wonderful space but they have been keeping up on the cleanliness and everything. My favorite thing about the park just in general would be that all the staff are wonderful.
We had a great time today! There was so much to do for all ages. The prices were very fair. The staff were AMAZING. They made sure everyone was safe at all times, they also made sure all kids had fun. They played with kids that were alone- which was just an extra step above.
