We came here for my son's 9 year old birthday party. The host, Jada, was amazing and super attentive to all of the kids questions and was very sweet to all of them. The location was clean and well maintained. All of the kids had an amazing time.
We originally booked at a different location for a party and had to switch because of the bad weather. The GM made sure that we were able to do so without hassle and at this location made our experience one of the best experiences we’ve had at an urban air.
We have a membership and come often both during the week and on the weekend. The staff is always friendly and courteous and the facility is clean. It's a great place for us to drop into at any time for a little fun. Faith is a great team member. She was energetic and welcoming when asking about our visit.
