Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

OK the thing about this place.. The general manager, she is so great, intelligent, Kind very forward, Very clear when she speaks, Very friendly. But the young employees, I don't really know how to explain them because I'm not sure that I love how they speak to my younger children..

Maddy/Finn was super nice and attentive helping us on and off an attraction!! Sebastian was super helpful helping us with food, and Sandra was extra careful making sure we were safe on the zip-line, overall the staff was really nice!!

This place was excellent for our family. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Even when we were wearing a competitor's socks, socks are socks, they switched our socks for free. I also love the fact that with a small child, parents can purchase tickets at half price to go into the play area with them.

We had such a great experience at Urban Air! Natalia was our party host for my son’s 8th birthday party and she was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. She kept the kids happy and the parents stress-free!
