The Urban Air in cranberry was a wonderful experience for me and my family. My daughter Sophia and my son Edwin really enjoyed themselves as we all really bounced it out. The facility is very clean and has a lot to offer for not only kids but also for adults to interact.
This is a fun place to take kids ages 3+ but their check-in system is extremely frustrating and slower than if check-ins were done by an employee. The signage does not inform customers that they “must” purchase on their phone and then show the phone to an employee for wristbands.
We had a great experience booking our party with Brittany prior to the day. She was helpful, super efficient and extremely friendly. Our party host, also Brittany, was equally was attentive and friendly. She was very organized and kept our party moving smoothly from start to finish.
