I came to the Cornelius location for my son’s birthday. I had my kids plus 2 friends with us. I had a problem checking in but Addison at the front desk was a great help! I found a quiet table in a corner where I can also see the exit but the strobe lights are nauseating.
They had earlier opening hours for the holidays so that was great! Waivers and checking in was easy. Staff were very helpful. Kids enjoyed it, although some of the play areas are very small and restrictive. There’s not too much to explore. Ball pit obstacle course and trampolines were fun. Pizza was gooood!
Urban air was clean, offered great activities for the kids, and had a great staff! Amazing offering for the kids to burn off energy whenever the weather doesn’t permit our kiddos being able to go outdoors!
My son celebrated his 8th birthday here and it was great. Haley was our party host and she was absolutely wonderful. She made sure we had everything we needed. She passed out food and cut the cake for me. I bought the ultimate party package which included most attractions like the zip line and ropes courses.
