This place is AWESOME! My kids are 9 and 11 and they were blown away with how much there was to do. There are multiple attractions for for all ages- adults included! My boys loved the gyrosphere bumper cars and the 3 foot deep ball pit. The zip line is a super cool experience and fun to watch!
We really like this place and I’ll start with the positives. My kid has so much fun here and there is so much for all ages to do! The place is really well maintained and the staff is always so nice and friendly. The bad: They are always understaffed and we have to wait in line forever.
I went into Urban Air and the place was very clean and full of fun and positive energy. Sophia specifically caught my eye, she was very friendly and helped me and my family for our entire visit. She was very friendly and professional the entire time and was eager to help us.
The team at this Urban Air location is phenomenal. I’ve been to a few locations in multiple states and this one stands a head above in staff performance alone. Not to mention the array of experiences. They have many suites for birthday parties, go karts, zip lines, laser tags, trampolines, tons of fun!
