Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We ended up having a great time. Kids spent hours playing. Only reason I am giving them four stars was there was band aids in the ball pits, which I realize they only have so much control of throughout the day but it was still gross to see. Just the cleanliness in general I couldn’t see rating 5 stars.

Today we had my 7-year-old son's birthday party at Urban Air And I cannot thank Urban Air and their staff enough for their hospitality. I particularly want to send a shout out to Steven Perez. He helped us make it a special day because of his continuous help and generosity.

Came here on a Friday night with my two boys. Super friendly staff and great customer service. It was so slow for a Friday night, so I highly recommend you go out and support this business! The previous concerns of cleanliness, I saw none of. Seemed clean and well kept to me!

Amazing, helpful and kind staff. This is mine and my kids favorite urban air that we have been too and that is owed to the Management Steven and his staff. They are always walking around, interacting with families, smiles on their faces and happy to help. It is always clean and family friendly.
