We had such a great time celebrating my daughter's birthday at Urban Air! It was our first time there but the person who helped us check in made the entire process quick and easy! We had to register multiple kids and sign multiple waivers but he made the process seamless! The place is huge with lots of things to do!
Went here for the first time joining a birthday party with some other families. Everybody had such a fun time. We ended up signing up for a membership. Every time we've gone back they've had plenty of fun. There is lots of activities to enjoy
We recently had our kiddo's combined party here at the Apple Valley location. The team, especially Ishmael, was AWESOME. The room looked fantastic, everything happened on time; we just had to show up. Gratitude for being so attentive, and heart centered for the kiddo's fun day.
We booked a birthday party for my child and Gracelyn was our hostess. She was great! There were small kids and she made each one feel welcome as they arrived. She was attentive and helpful. The kids had a great time eating and playing.
