My kids love this place. Every time we visit my in-laws, they want to go there. Everything about this place is nice, including their prices. It's a decent size place, and it offers many options for the kids. You should definitely check it out. If you can go during the weekdays, it would probably be better.
I recommend ⭐️ speaking with Patricia if you want to have a party here. She was such an amazing part of my sons birthday! And her idea of bringing in a cotton candy tower was so COOL and the kids loved it!!! I had my sons 3yr old birthday party here. We had room 1 which was perfect location, size, and setup!
We have a Get Out pass and a Pogo pass that lets us in a few times a year. The employees here care about the absolute minimum required (eyes have closed, on their phones, etc.) but if I was 16 making minimum wage perhaps I would have the same approach. There's an area reserved for toddlers.
Georgetta took such great care of us today. She got out a cute craft project and helped the kids make beaded bracelets and candy canes. They seriously have the nicest staff at this place. We purchased 3 hours of play time, which is a really long time to run around.
