Drove 45 min to try this place out and so worth it! It is clean, fun, and SAFE! I have been to several other play areas that have multiple exits and it makes me feel like I have to watch me kids like a hawk and I'm constantly stressed about them escaping.
UPDATE: We continue to love this place! Everyone who works here is nice and helpful! We like coming for the special events too. I added photos/video of the Noon Year’s Eve balloon drop/dance party.
i took my child here for the first time. They loved it, and I loved how much energy they burned! The play areas were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and explained the rules clearly.
My kids had a great time and there was a good amount of options. I’d say some policy changes would make the experience better. Either parents should be required to supervise their kids or they need to add more staff since 75% of the parents there sat with their faces buried in their phones.
