What parents say
Very friendly staff and a great area for our child. We were visiting from NC and wanted somewhere safe for our child to play. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities offered here. I liked how it is well organized with bookings and is absolutely free.
Located inside the mall and closest to the food courts entrance Kids Castle is great for kiddies. You must make a reservation and they sanitize frequently. Currently, they are open M-W-F, but hopefully they open this up more. It’s a great spot for your child(s) to run out excess energy.
We love this place! I take my kids about once a week. The staff is always super friendly and takes the time to talk to my children (the negative reviews must be regarding staff members who are no longer there). Very clean! There's a separate bathroom in the back with a kids sized potty, along with nursing rooms.
My 2 year old literally had the best day of his life in the 2 sessions we had at the kid’s castle. There are a lot of kids, he fell, he ran into other kids, but they are kids- it’s expected. The bathrooms and nursing rooms (which I used) are so clean and the hand washing station is great.
