These are the places that Lima needs. We brought 4 kids and had to pry them out after 2 hours. Nice toddler area as well. Place was clean. The employees were very nice. I didn't get his name, but the kid working in the big open inflatable was having alot of fun playing with the kids.
My kids are 3 and 5 and they can't get enough of this place. The facility is clean, staff is friendly, and there are plenty of areas for the kids to explore. The owner even saw that my 1-year-old daughter was getting fussy and started crying and offered her a free juice drink. Just really great people.
My kids love hero day! Fun, clean, and the best staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming . One of the best places to take kids of all ages to get some energy out
Andrew, the store manager was super awesome. I have a 2 yr old autistic daughter. She gets sensory overload pretty easy and we had already had a lot of sensory for the day with an Easter egg hunt.
