The GYM @ Milford

The GYM at Milford is outstanding. I’ve been a member for 4 years now. All the necessary equipment for weight lifting and cardio. A separate turf area for athletic training (sled, ropes, calisthenics, sprints, lunges, etc). Clean locker rooms, with sauna and shower. A friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I got a week pass here while visiting my girlfriend’s family in the area. Much cheaper pass than franchise gyms like Planet Fitness, and they have all the equipment I needed. Even better, the people here are so nice. The staff is friendly and helpful and so are the regulars.

Felt comfortable the moment I walked into gym. Met with Sarah who was very helpful and informative without pushing. Lots of new equipment, very clean. Love the silver sneakers classes. Challenging without being too easy or hard. Met a lot of nice people. So glad I joined!!!

I like the changes to The Gym since I was a member a few years ago. The women’s area is my favorite, and I appreciate the willingness for staff to set up appointments easily and offer whatever assistance needed without being pushy.
