Our 8-year-old daughter is currently on her first session of beginner warrior! we live about 40 minutes away and she has been asking me for a while now to try a class like this. this was the closest most affordable gym for us which is why we signed up.
We’ve been at flow for about 4 months now and we’re really enjoying it for our 4 year old. The owners truly care about making it a safe and enjoyable space. That is apparent when Logan is often present and helping when needed, and is great with kids!
We had our son's 11th Birthday Party here and it was incredible! It was a private party so we were the only people in the gym and the kids all had a blast! Coach Nick did a great job keeping the kids engaged in the fun in the gym so all I had to worry about was setting up in the party room.
Found out about The Flow Space when attending a birthday party. My 8yo son really enjoyed the camps over the summer & it helped get out all that energy. He'd come out sweaty and worn out from a super fun day. My 6yo, just had a party here. Coach Nick and Coach Nemo did a fantastic job and the kiddos had a blast.
