Demi was an excellent party assistant. She constantly checked to make sure we had plenty to drink, clearly explained how our arcade games worked, brought the meal on time, and answered any of our questions. The party room was clean and prepped upon our arrival. We had a great time.

Great customer service from Steven, Dennis, and Natalie at the climbing wall station. They helped my kids feel comfortable climbing, coached them as they tried, and encouraged them to go higher. We had a blast!!

We had our 2022 Bank Christmas Party here and it was an absolute blast! Great food, great atmosphere, great staff and great service! I want to give a big shout out to Brad who helped me plan the event down to the T, as well as Stephanie for helping with every question or need I had while we were there!

We had our Christmas party at surge last year and everyone had so much fun. They requested that we do it again and even more fun was had. Great facility! Everyone was very helpful. The food was great. The drinks were great. Bowling was fun and going through the obstacle course was a blast.
